Color Management
Color management refers to the automatic and unified management and adjustment of colors in the production system through the combination of software and hardware, so as to ensure the consistency of colors in the whole process. The CIE chromaticity space is used as the reference color space, feature files record the input or output color features of the device, and application software and third-party color management software are used as the color control tools for users.
The meaning of the color management: can pass the strict process control and precision instrument detection, a standard digital and stability of the ink, to implement the replication and good quality of printing.

High fidelity wide color gamut printing ink requirements
Color requirements: At present, there is no standard for the color of printing ink with wide color gambit. Adjust the color according to customer's product requirements and printing color matching. Test conditions shall be tested according to G7 requirements, with bright colors, full and high transparency. After many tests, it is found that the 7-color printing mode of XCMYKOGV greatly expands the traditional four-color printing gamut and successfully realizes the restoration of many spot colors with fixed 7-color separation.
Performance requirements: Because of high fidelity wide color gamut printing equipment advanced speed, high color density (thick ink layer), high color requirements, long ink use time. Therefore, wide color gambit multi-color printing has high requirements on ink printing performance, which are mainly five points: first, color and overprint should meet the standard requirements, dot restoration and stability are good, dot expansion is according to G7 standard, dot stability is stable in the printing process, and printing color difference is small. Two, the ink rheology is better, printing ink conductivity is good printing stability. Three, the ink wetness is better, the color is bright and full. Four, ink ink balance is better, high density high ink layer ink is not emulsified. Five, ink quality to be stable.
