In screen printing processing, attention should be paid to controlling the parameters and control indicators of water-based ink. The parameters of water-based ink include viscosity, fluidity, thixotropy and plasticity of water-based ink; The control indicators of water-based ink mainly include fineness, viscosity, pH value, and drying speed. They play a decisive role in the application effect of ink.
Ink requires good adhesion and wear resistance, especially for difficult to print substrates. Curing agent must be added to the ink, which will react chemically with the connecting material. When adding curing agents, attention must be paid to their ratio. On the other hand, the curing agent should be added to the ink shortly before printing, as the applicability of the ink mixed with the hardening agent is very limited. According to the type of ink, the trial period is generally 6-12 hours. The complete curing and excellent adhesion of the two component ink can only be achieved after a few days. A common mistake is to test its adhesion and chemical corrosion resistance too early.
Mitsui Chemical's D-110N is an isocyanate adduct obtained by dissolving benzene dimethyl diisocyanate in ethyl acetate, so this product has excellent weather resistance, color stability and cohesiveness. Because it is only an aliphatic polyisocyanate, it can cure faster than TDI type isocyanates. It can be polymerized with polyol castor oil and other resins containing qiang group, and can be used as one or two component polyurethane resin, paint, ink, etc.
