1. Screen printing UV ink
The advantages of UV ink in screen printing are very obvious. Due to its ability to solidify only under UV light, it does not cause headaches in screen printing, and the curing speed is fast, effectively solving the long-standing contradiction between screen blocking and ink drying speed in the screen printing industry. Screen printing has a thick ink layer and is difficult to dry. Without a drying device, it is difficult to accumulate and collect printed materials, making it very difficult to achieve high-speed printing. By using UV ink, all of this is easily resolved. In CD printing, UV ink is used to improve production efficiency.
2. Offset UV ink
UV ink can be divided into two categories in terms of usage, namely UV printing ink and UV printed circuit board ink. At present, UV printing ink used in the printing industry covers various printing fields such as offset printing, embossing (including flexographic printing), gravure printing, screen printing, and inkjet printing. UV printed circuit board ink is mainly used for the printing of circuit boards (PCBs) in the electronic industry.
4. intaglio printing UV ink
In the field of intaglio printing, UV inks have been selectively used, but the technology and cost have also been improved accordingly. With the increasing demand for environmental protection, and the increasingly strict requirements for the safety of packaging printed materials, especially food packaging, UV ink will become a development trend of intaglio printing ink.
